This is what Amazon advised me to do. Even if it came from Carol Wright Gifts. It has been weeks and no refund. I call and they say they never received the package, and I trust the UPS store worker who marked the package refused to send it back. The first person I talked to had a laxidasical attitude, saying the returns dept. took 2 weeks off for the holidays. The second person said, "Well, we've been in business for thirty years!". That's no excuse for losing a package. I'm usually happy with my purchases through Amazon. I have a pattern of giving raving reviews! I rarely return anything!--- UPDATE: I spoke to a guy at Carol Wright Gifts again: He said he would seriously look into it.
